Bin & Dumpster Rental in Wellington, Ontario

Roll-off bins dropped in your Wellington driveway — same or next day

Wellington is the hospitality gateway of Prince Edward County — Ontario’s fastest-growing wine region — and it’s only about 30 minutes from our Trenton yard by way of Carrying Place, so when you need a disposal bin in the County we can usually have one at your door the same or next day. From winery and tasting-room build-outs and boutique-hotel and restaurant fit-outs, to heritage waterfront-home and lakeshore-cottage renos, short-term-rental and cottage turnover cleanouts, and retiree downsizing, Load-N-Lift Disposal drops a clean roll-off bin exactly where you need it and hauls it away when you’re done. We’re a family-owned, Ministry of Environment–certified company, and we’ve been voted Best Junk Removal Company three years running by ThreeBest Rated.

Bin sizes for every Wellington project

We carry mini-bins and multi-lift roll-off containers in six sizes, so you only pay for the space you actually need. Every bin has a door that opens to ground level and rollers that protect your driveway.

  • 7 & 8 yard — small bathroom or single-room reno, garage tidy-up, deck tear-off. Fits tight Main St heritage-district driveways.
  • 11 yard — kitchen reno, large garage or shed clean-out, small roofing job.
  • 16 yard — whole-basement clean-out, mid-size renovation, estate or moving clean-up.
  • 20 & 25 yard — full home clean-out, larger roofing tear-off, construction and demolition debris, big commercial jobs.

Getting rid of waste in Wellington

Wellington residents can drop material at the Wellington Waste Site, 275 Consecon St — but it’s open onlyWednesdays and Saturdays, 8am–4pm (large loads in by 3:45pm) and is cash only. County curbside collection runs weekly through Environmental 360 (E360), but it’s capped at two bags a week and every bag needs a per-bag tag (about $3.50 each), and there’s no curbside pickup of bulky or construction items — you have to haul those to a landfill or transfer site yourself. For a winery build-out, cottage or Airbnb turnover, or a heritage reno, a roll-off bin is almost always simpler: we drop it in your driveway, you fill it on your own schedule, and we take it to the scale and dispose of it responsibly — and we provide weigh-scale receipts with every rental. We come in from our Trenton yard via Carrying Place.

Great for: winery & restaurant fit-outs • heritage waterfront-home & cottage renos • short-term-rental & cottage turnover cleanouts • roofing debris • estate, garage & basement clean-outs • construction & demolition debris the County won’t take curbside. If your waste is unbecoming to you… it should be coming to us!

Wellington bin rental — frequently asked questions

Do I need a permit to put a bin in Wellington?
If the bin sits on your own driveway or private property, no permit is needed. If it has to sit on a municipal road or boulevard, the County of Prince Edward requires a Right of Way / Road Occupancy permit that explicitly covers the placement of dumpsters ($60 plus $15/day), with about 72 hours’ notice and proof of liability insurance — wherever possible we’ll place the bin on your property so you don’t need one.

How quickly can you deliver in Wellington?
Usually same-day or next-day, since we’re only about 30 minutes away in Trenton via Carrying Place. Call 613 965-6616 to check today’s availability.

What size bin do I need?
A single-room reno or garage clean-out normally fits a 7–11 yard bin; a full basement, roof, or whole-home clean-out is better in a 16–25 yard bin. Not sure? Tell us the project and we’ll recommend the right size.

What can’t go in the bin?
Hazardous waste, liquids, propane tanks, tires and certain electronics can’t go in a standard bin — just ask and we’ll point you to the right option.
