Marmora and Marmora and Lake sit in rural cottage country in northern Hastings County, about 25 to 30 minutes from our Campbellford depot along Highway 7 — so when you need a disposal bin, we can usually have one at your door the same or next day. From the village on the Crowe River to seasonal cottages on Crowe Lake and Dickey Lake, older properties around Deloro and the historic Marmora Mine, and reno debris out toward Cordova Mines and Malone, Load-N-Lift Disposal drops a clean roll-off bin exactly where you need it and hauls it away when you’re done. We’re a family-owned, Ministry of Environment–certified company, and we’ve been voted Best Junk Removal Company three years running by ThreeBest Rated.
We carry mini-bins and multi-lift roll-off containers in six sizes, so you only pay for the space you actually need. Every bin has a door that opens to ground level and rollers that protect your driveway.
Marmora residents can drop material at the Marmora and Lake Waste Disposal Site at 609 Station Road, run by the Municipality. But the site is open only a couple of days a week — generally Saturday and Monday, plus Thursdays in summer — and it’s cash or cheque only (no Interac), with garbage needing a bag tag ($3.50) or $5 per bag at the gate. That’s inconvenient for a renovation or cottage cleanout, especially across a spread-out municipality of large rural and waterfront properties. For anything bigger than a car-load, a driveway roll-off bin is almost always cheaper and far less work: we drop it in your driveway, you fill it on your own schedule, and we take it to the scale and dispose of it responsibly — and we provide weigh-scale receipts with every rental, so there are no repeated trips.
Great for: roofing debris • estate, garage & basement clean-outs • renovation & construction debris • dock & deck rebuilds • clean fill • cottage spring-open and fall-close cleanouts on Crowe Lake and Dickey Lake. If your waste is unbecoming to you… it should be coming to us!
“Best service, prompt delivery, reasonable price, great drivers — highly recommend Load-N-Lift.”
— John Riddell
“Would highly recommend this company! Drop off was exactly as expected, we didn’t need the bin the full time we had anticipated, called and they picked up the next day! Pricing was as discussed and very affordable.”
— Shannon Tugnette

Do I need a permit to put a bin in Marmora?
If the bin sits on your own driveway or private property, no permit is needed. Marmora and Lake doesn’t publish a specific bin-on-street permit, so if the bin has to sit on a municipal road, confirm the requirements with the Municipality of Marmora and Lake at 613-472-2629 — wherever possible we’ll place the bin on your property so you don’t need one.
How quickly can you deliver in Marmora?
Usually same-day or next-day, since we’re only about 25 to 30 minutes away at our Campbellford depot via Highway 7. Call 705 632-1444 to check today’s availability.
What size bin do I need?
A single-room reno or garage clean-out normally fits a 7–11 yard bin; a full basement, roof, cottage clean-out or whole-home clean-out is better in a 16–25 yard bin. Not sure? Tell us the project and we’ll recommend the right size.
What can’t go in the bin?
Hazardous waste, liquids, propane tanks, tires and certain electronics can’t go in a standard bin — just ask and we’ll point you to the right option.
We also deliver bins throughout northern Hastings County and the surrounding area, including Madoc , Stirling , Tweed , Havelock and Campbellford . See all the areas we serve for bin rental anywhere in our service area.
