Comparatively speaking Canada does quite well with responsible handling of waste materials and recycling as much of them as possible. But there’s still room for improvement and that’s the belief that is resounding here in our Province too, as a recent study conducted in January of this year has found that most people living in Ontario believe stronger and more immediate action should be taken to improve waste diversion and disposal practices. Much of this may be because some of Canada’s largest cities are found in this Province, and it is true that waste management is increasingly challenging from municipalities in Toronto, Hamilton, and Ottawa.
